How to Open An eO2 Prepay Account
- Complete the online application AND user agreement liked from
this page.
- Once the
original online documents are filled out, please print a copy,
sign all documents where requested, and fax application signature
to: ATTN: eO2 Dept. @ 952-934-3411.
- If ordering eO2 fuel and cash cards, proceed and complete the
online eO2 card order form. Submit for processing.
- You must submit your initial set-up fee payment by bank wire,
Western Union, cashiers check, Visa/Mastercard, or C.H. Robinson
deposit. Please note you may include additional funds along with
the set up fee that will be applied to your account as the initial
funding deposit. Please consult the following links for bank

Union information.
- Once the application and card order form documents are received,
you will be contacted by an eO2 Small Fleet Sales Representative.
The eO2 Rep. will confirm all information and program details
with you. Your application will be submitted for approval and
set up. The internal set up process will be complete within 4
business days and then your fuel cards and supplies will be sent
to you via ground delivery.

All deposits

NOTE: Wires under $1500.00 will be assessed a $5.00 receiving
